Government buses to Saragur from Mysore start from Platform No.6 of the Suburban Bus Station. The normal travel time is around 1 ½ - 2 hrs. Alight at the Saragur bus stand and take a three-wheeler (auto) to Vivekananda Memorial Hospital . The beautiful countryside will surely relieve your travel weariness.

If you are driving down, take the Mysore – Manandavadi road (H.D.Kote road). The prominent landmarks along the route are the Mysore Silk Factory & the National Institute of Engineering. After about an hour of travel, you reach a junction named Hand Post. Turn left and proceed to Saragur. At the Saragur bus stand, ask for directions to Vivekananda Memorial Hospital , in case you miss the signboard there.
